Bestätigungsmail bei Onlineterminen - Befehle funktionieren nicht

Question

Bei Onlineterminbuchungen möchte ich per Mail benachrichtigt werden und dabei auch erfahren, um was für einen Termin es sich handelt. Außerdem hätte ich gern in der Mail die mitgeteilten Informationen. 

Das funktioniert aber nur eingeschränkt. Gemäß Anleitung habe ich folgenden Text erstellt und in HTML umgewandelt.

 

$[patient_vorname]$ $[patient_nachname]$

hat für den $[beginn_tag]$ um $[beginn_zeit]$ Uhr einen Termin für $[taname]$  $[sname]$ vereinbart.

Folgende Info $[patient_info]$

 

 

Ich erhalte dann folgende Bestätigungsmail. Es werden also nur die grünen Befehle ausgeworfen, die roten nicht.

hat für den 10.01.2022 um 15:08 Uhr einen Termin für $[taname]$  $[sname]$ vereinbart.

Ich habe die Mail an uns wie folgt konfiguriert. Da sollte alles drin sein, was sie benötigen. Sonst erkenne ich keinen Fehler bei Ihnen. Diese funktioniert auch:

Kopieren Sie in das linke Feld den Code, rechts sehen Sie die Enddarstellung. Darin können Sie arbeiten und formatieren, anschließend den Code links wieder kopieren und in das Onlinetermine Portal bei Zollsoft kopieren.

Genau so habe ich es gemacht.

Mit dem Vorschlag von Herrn Stenger hat es auf Anhieb funktioniert. Ich habe exakt den geichen Befehl genommmen und über einen Editor formatiert. Meinen Text habe ich noch mal etwas abgewandelt und dann hat es auch damit geklappt. Den Fehler hab ich aber immer noch nicht finden können. Zum Glück funktioniert es jetzt wie es soll.
