Nur damit ich das differenzieren kann: mindetsen 3-4 x am Tag bleiben verschiedene Arbeitsplätze - meiner hat neuste OS und neusten powerebook mit maximalem Speicher - in diesem Zustend für mehrere Minuten .
Geht es nur mir so oder haben andere Kollegen auch solche Preobleme - ist der Flaschenhals irgendwo in meiner Peraxis oder iust es der Tomedoserver?

Verstehe ich es korrekt, dass sich die APs dann nach einiger Zeit wieder fangen? Vor kurzem gab es Probleme, wo diese stecken blieben bis sie neugestartet wurden.
Wenn Sie Sich das auf technischer Seite zutrauen, können Sie tomedo in dem Moment in der App "Aktivitätsanzeige" auswählen, dann auf den i-Knopf oben drücken und dann auf Analysieren.
Der Inhalt der dabei entsteht enthält im besten Fall hilfreiche Informationen um zu ermitteln, was die Langsamkeit auslöst. Ggf. könnten Sie mir dann die obersten ca. 50 Zeilen senden, kann ich das ggf. einschätzen. Ansonsten könnte man den Bericht auch sichern und an ein Ticket setzen.
Ansonsten würde ich direkt ein Ticket empfehlen, damit der 3rd-Level-Support entsprechende Messungen organisieren kann.

Das scheint beim Erzeugen der Bild-Dateien für einen Arztbrief zu passieren, ausglöst durch ein x-Kommando.
Da ich dieses Verhalten noch nicht beobachtet habe, ist mir noch nicht klar, was genau hier der Auslöser ist. Werden da möglicherweise sehr große Bilder in den Brief übernommen? Evtl. auch viele Bilder innerhalb eines Karteieintrags? Oder vielleicht eine pdf-Datei mit vielen Seiten?
Und sehen Sie in der Aktivitätsanzeige dann sehr hohe CPU-Auslastung bei tomedo? Oder hohen Speicherverbrauch?

Ja das war beim erstellen eines Gutachtens mit Ausgabe von gescannten Dokumenten von lediglich 2 Quartalen. - war also nicht der klassische Fall- werde Ihnen so ein Auszug dokumentieren wenn die Situationen auftreten in denen Tomedo hängt - weiß jetzt Bescheid und melde mich hier wenn das ok ist
